The closer to the player, the higher the rate

Rebates are the steadiest part of long-term earnings, but who gets what across the three tiers is routinely misread. Here is the rule as written, with both worked examples.
One effective stake can feed three levels.

The common misreading: 0.7% is not something unlocked at tier three. Everyone who bets takes 0.7% of their own effective stakes. The 0.5% and 0.3% are taken from your turnover by the people above you — they are not deducted from your 0.7%.
So building a team earns from downline turnover, not from taking less yourself.
Straight from the rule sheet.
Agent B bets and takes 0.7% of their own effective stakes.
Agent A, as B's upline, takes 0.5% of B's effective stakes.
Player C bets and takes 0.7% of their own effective stakes.
Agent B takes 0.5% of player C's effective stakes.
Agent A takes a further 0.3% of player C's effective stakes. All three tiers apply at once.
From the fourth level down, the top person gets nothing.
If player C brings in player D, agent A cannot take any rebate on player D. Only agent B continues to earn at the corresponding tier.
The rebate chain is fixed at three levels and does not stack upward indefinitely. Team headcount keeps counting, but rebates only pay the first three tiers.
